The challenged in this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is the order dated 22.3.2012 passed by the Chairman of Inquiry Commission, by which, request of the petitioner to examine one Nanjibhai as witness is rejected. The scope of interference with such interlocutory order passed by the Commission and nature of powers conferred upon the Constitution of the Commission by this Court in exercise under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is very narrow and no error appears in the order as above.
The petition is rejected.
