The order impugned dated 1.10.2020 is the order of rejection of transfer application passed by the State Public Service Tribunal, Lucknow which is subject matter of challenge in the present petition.
A perusal of the order impugned indicates that the present application has been rejected on the account of absence of the petitioner.
It is open for the petitioner to move a recall application.
We do not find any good ground to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
