JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Sri Mukesh Kumar, Advocate submits that he will represent the petitioner as the earlier counsel Sri B.R. Singh has been elevated as Judge of the High Court. He further submits that he will file his Vakalatnama executed by the petitioner within two weeks.
2. List this case after two weeks.
3. In the meantime, Sri Mahendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel representing the respondent nos. 2 & 3 is directed to file a response/Counter Affidavit to the petition with the said period.
