Mr.Hardik Mehta, learned advocate for Nanavati Associates, learned counsel for the petitioners, prays for adjournment, with the consent of the learned counsel for the respondents. The matter was directed to be listed on 17.12.2012 and the stay was to continue, till that date. However, as 17.12.2012 was a holiday due to polling for the Elections, the petition has been listed today.
The petition is adjourned to 25.01.2013.
The ad-interim relief granted earlier, shall continue till then.
