As per Resolution dated 07.04.2021 of the Committee of this Court for the purpose of taking preventive and remedial measures and for combating the impending threat of Covid-19, this case is being heard by way of virtual mode.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State through video conferencing.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that charge sheet has been filed against the applicants on 1.7.2020 and cognizance has been taken on 17.12.2020.
Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he is not aware of filing of charge sheet.He prays that the application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail application with charge sheet.
The prayer is allowed.
The application is rejected with liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail application.
