Heard Sri R. S. Singh, learned Advocate who appeared for the petitioners and Sri D. P. Singh, learned Advocate who has accepted notice for the respondent bank.

Submission is that petitioners have deposited certain amount in the Saving Bank Account and although they are in need of the money but that is not being paid to them.

If these facts are correct then certainly bank is not proceeding in correct way.

Be as it may, it is an ex-parte version.

This Court proposes to issue an interim mandamus directing the respondents either to pay the amount deposited by the petitioners by the date fixed or to file response before this Court.

Let this matter be listed in the month of August, 2010.
