Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.), Jhansi to decide Original Suit No. 8 of 2018 (Udal Singh vs. Veer Singh and others) within stipulated period.
The suit is of the year 2018. I am not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed at this stage.
