The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal which he had filed against the order of cancellation of licence of fair price shop dated 21.06.2019 was pending and was not being decided. Next it was submitted that on the one hand the appeal was not being decided and on the other authorities were proceeding with the appointment of a fresh fair price shop dealer.
Under such circumstances, it is, directed that the appeal which was filed against the order dated 21.06.2019 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
