1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
2. The prayer made for is as follows;
"(a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to comply with the order passed by District Magistrate dated 30.06.2021 (Annexure-7 to the writ petition) and initiate appropriate proceedings in pursuance thereto;
(b). Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and roper in the facts and circumstances of the case; and
(c). Award costs of the petition to the petitioner throughout."
3. The District Magistrate has passed certain orders, for which, this petition has been filed to execute the orders of the District Magistrate concerned. This Court is not a executing Court.
4. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by non compliance of the orders of the District Magistrate, liberty is given to him to approach the District Magistrate concerned for getting his order complied.
5. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
