Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issue to the respondents.
After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the effect to direct the court below to decide the Original Suit No. 591 of 2017 (Surajpal Vs. Manveer Singh and Others) within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the order dated 17.01.2020 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bulandshahr, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bulandshahr to consider and decide the aforesaid matter on its turn without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
