Even though lawyers are abstaining from work and learned counsel for the petitioner is not present in the Court, I myself have gone through the records of the case and the following order is being passed.
The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Mutation Application being Case No. 904, (Computerized Case No. T202014360602956), (Bansraj vs. Udai Bhan) under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Case No. 904, (Computerized Case No. T202014360602956), (Bansraj vs. Udai Bhan) under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
