Sri Vivek Verma, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent-Nagar Nigam.
The petitioner has been assessed towards property tax. He has filed his objections, which are pending consideration before the authority concerned and no orders are being passed. The authority concerned may pass orders on the objections of the petitioner in accordance with law within next one month i.e. by the 30th April, 2018.
For a period of one month or till the objections filed by the petitioner are decided, whichever is earlier, no coercive action may be taken against the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
