This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings in Case No. 3 of 2017 u/s 14 (1), 17 of U. P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S.- Kaimganj, District- Farrukhabad.
Learned A.G.A. has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing an appeal.
Learned counsel for the petitioners concedes to it.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy.
