This petition for writ is preferred to have following reliefs:-
"(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned Notice dated 18.05.2019 issued by respondent no.2.
(ii) To issue a writ, order direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to not harass the petitioners and not seized the house of the petitioners in respect of which an allegation was made for its utilization as a Kotha for the purpose of Immoral traffic of women, otherwise the petitioner no.2 came on the road and also shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury.
(iii) To issue any other suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case; so that justice be done."
From perusal of the impugned notice, it reveals that the same is a notice under Section 18/20 of Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, 1956. In case petitioners have any grievance, they may submit their explanation to the City Magistrate, Meerut, who in turn shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law. No interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is warranted.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation as above.
