On the last occasion also no one was present to press this petition on behalf of the petitioner even in the revised call.
This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 6.8.2021 registered as Case Crime no. 67 of 2021, under Section 366 I.P.C., P.S. Balrai, District Etawah. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case.
Learned A.G.A. was directed to seek instructions in the matter.
Today learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case final report no. 013 of 2021 dated 23.8.2021 has already been submitted.
In such view of the matter, present petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
