Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner prays for a direction to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Baghpat to decide the Execution Case No.07 of 2018 (Smt. Usha Vs. Maheshchand Gupta and others), which is pending before him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid execution case is pending since 2018 and judgment-debtor by moving repeated adjournment lingering on the proceedings of the case, in which only the dates are being fixed by the executing court even no stay order of the execution case has been passed.
In view of the above, it appears appropriate to direct the executive court to expedite the Execution Case No.07 of 2018 (Smt. Usha Vs. Maheshchand Gupta and others) and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
