Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cause the protection of the body of the detenue - T.Pinky, D/o. Tulasiram, aged about 22 years old, from the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 6 and produce before this Court.

J. ) Today when the matter was taken up, we were informed that there was dispute regarding the very registration of marriage, such as, receipt allegedly issued by the Managing Trustee and the marriage invitation. As directed earlier, the police will investigate the matter thoroughly and act according to law.
2. In the result, the Habeas Corups Petition is closed, however, with the above direction.
