The present revision is directed against the remittal order dated 23.09.1999 passed by the 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Moradabad allowing the Criminal Revision No.266 of 1998 setting aside the order dated 28.07.1998 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division/Judicial Magistrate), Amroha in Criminal Misc. Case No.5/11/98 rejecting the complaint filed by the opposite party No.1 and accepting the final report submitted by the police in Case Crime No.355 of 1997 under Section 406 I.P.C., Police Station-Amroha Nagar.
It appears that with the passage of time, the present revision is rendered infructuous.
The revision is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Certify the judgment to the court below immediately.
