Petitioner's husband was employed as a Class-III employee in Civil Court, Kannauj, who is stated to have died in harness on 13.4.2018. Petitioner being the wife has moved an application for grant of compassionate appointment which has remained pending, and hence, petitioner is before this Court.
Sri Rahul Srivastava, appearing for the respondents states that an expeditious decision would be taken upon petitioner's pending representation, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.3 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim for grant of compassionate appointment, as noticed above, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
