3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional SPP appearing for respondent No.1 submitted that after trial petitioners have been acquitted of the charges under Sections 114, 504, 324, 506 r/w Section 34 of IPC by judgment and order dated 15.04.2016.
The submission is placed on record. In view of this submission, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
