This contempt case has been filed alleging willful disobedience with the directions in the judgment dated 4.2.2014 in W.P. (C)No.26778 of 2013. When this matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent made available a copy of the order bearing No.C2 5780/12 dated 15.3.2014 passed in compliance with the directions in the aforesaid judgment. In the said circumstances, recording the factum of issuance of order dated 15.3.2014, this contempt case is closed.
