Heard Mr. K.D. Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Y.K. Saxena, learned counsel for respondent no.5.
Having regard to the nature of prayers made in the writ petition, counsel for respondent no.5 submits that if members of the petitioners' association fill up the claim form as provided for under the Group Savings Linked Insurance Scheme on Retirement or Withdrawal of a Membership and forward it to respondent no.5 through respondent no.3, they shall consider their claim within time frame.
In view thereof, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to members of the petitioners' association to comply all formalities, including filling up of claim forms and forward the same through respondent no.3 to respondent no.5 expeditiously. Respondent no.5, on receipt of the forms of members of the petitioners' association, shall consider the claim of every individual member and, whatever amount they are entitled for under the scheme, shall remit the same in their accounts within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the claim application forms.
