The appeal which has been dismissed for default vide order dated 21.04.2010 is sought to be requested for restoration. The learned counsel for the applicant who has requested for recall has absented himself today. Even the application seeking condonation of delay in filing this application also does not spell out proper reasons. The delay condonation application is also missing.
In that view of the matter for non prosecution, recall application is hereby dismissed.
