The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing responent-2 to give benefit of report of 7th Pay Commission to all employees /worker along with arrears from 1.1.2016. In this respect the petitioner has made a representation, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of directing Managing Director to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
