Petitioner seeks exemption from paying tax under Section 7 of the Motor Vehicle Taxation Act r/w Rule 10 of the Rules for the stage carriage having registration No.KL-9/Y 20. The vehicle is said to have been garaged from 01.01.2011 onwards. G-forms are also said to have been filed. 2. The learned Spl.Government Pleader (Taxes) on instructions, submits that from 01.01.2011 to 31.03.2011 no G-form has been filed and for the later period, G-forms have been filed and verification conducted from 01.04.2011 to 31.12.2012 and the same is allowed. For the balance period also necessary enquiry will be conducted and orders passed within a period of two months and the tax demand WP(C).14272/14 2 shall be only in accordance with the orders passed on Ext.P1.
The submission is recorded. Writ petition disposed of directing consideration of Ext.P1 within the aforesaid period.
