JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in C.R.P.(NPD) No.3504 of 2011, dated 21.11.2014.

2. It is represented by Mr.A.U.Ilango, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate that as per the earlier order of this Court, possession of the tenanted premises have been handed over to the landlord on 14.03.2017. The said submission of the learned counsels is recorded. Mr.M.Elumalai, the learned Government Advocate has also filed a compliance affidavit of the Inspector of Police, Town Central Police Station, Udhagamandalam.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsels on either side and compliance afidavit of the Inspector of Police, Town Central Police Station, Udhagamandalam, the Contempt Application is closed.
