JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging Exhibit P2 proceedings of the first respondent by which, the objections of the petitioner contained in Exhibit P1 have been rejected. The contention of the petitioner is that, she was not heard before Exhibit P2 was issued. The petitioner therefore seeks an opportunity of being heard. 2. I have heard Advocate C.Unnikrishnan who appears for the first respondent also.
This writ petition is therefore allowed. Exhibit P2 is set aside. The first respondent is directed to consider the objections submitted by the petitioner afresh, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the third respondent. Orders as indicated above shall be passed, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
