Shri Pradeep Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by way of filing this petition, the petitioner has sought following reliefs :-
(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.1.2019 (Annexure no.5 to the writ petition).
(ii) issue any other suitable writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.
(iii) award cost of this petition in favour of the petitioner.
This Court, on 15.4.2019, 16.4.2019 and 23.4.2019 has passed the following orders which are as follows :-
15.4.2019 Counsel for the petitioner is granted time to bring on record the appointment order of the petitioner on the post of Grihmata.
Put up as fresh tomorrow.
16.4.2019 A supplementary affidavit has been filed annexing therewith the letter of appointment of the petitioner.
Learned standing counsel seeks time to obtain instructions in the matter. Put up as fresh on 23.4.2019.
23.4.2019 Learned standing counsel seeks further time to obtain instructions in the matter. Put up as fresh on 29.4.2019.
Today Shri Shivendra Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has placed instructions after giving a copy of the same to counsel for the petitioner. The same is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner has been rejected by the concerned authority.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the facts after perusing the instructions.
In view of above, this petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy, if so advised.
