THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 26.06.2019 at Annexure – F to the writ petition in accordance with law.
2. It is submitted that the respondent – Authority has allotted site No.179, measuring 6 x 9 meters, situated at 2nd Block, BSK-6th Stage, Bengaluru to the petitioner on 13.03.2002. As per the terms of the allotment letter, the entire site value has been paid by the petitioner on 10.05.2002. Though the petitioner has complied all the requirements to get registered the allotted site, the respondent – Authority has not come forward to get the site registered in the name of the petitioner.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the representation made by her has remained unconsidered. Hence, this writ petition.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that the interest of justice would be sub-served in directing the respondent – BDA to consider the representation dated 26.06.2019 submitted by the petitioner at Annexure – F to the writ petition and take a decision in accordance with law in an expedite manner, in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Ordered accordingly.
The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the above.
