Heard learned counsel for parties.
Learned Standing Counsel representing the sixth respondents states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner for being accorded compassionate appointment consequent to the death of her husband while in service, shall be duly attended to in accordance with law and a reasoned decision in respect thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
