JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State as also Sri KK Chaudhary, Advocate for the Election Commission.
The petitioner herein is aggrieved by the result of the elections to the office of Gram Pradhan.
This writ petition is not maintainable for such a relief as the result has already been declared. Petitioner may avail such other remedy as may be permissible in law. This writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
