Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A .
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court with the grievance that she has filed an appeal being Appeal No.C201801000001337 of 2018 (Smt. Usha Devi Vs. State of U.P. through Collector Mainpuri)under Section 13(1) of U.P. Scheduled Material Distribution Act, against the cancellation of his fair price shop and the same is pending before the Commissioner Agra Region, Agra respondent no. 2 and the same may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing counsel has no objection, if the direction as prayed is granted.
This Court, without entering into the merits of the case under the extra ordinary jurisdiction direct the Appellate Authority to decide the Appeal No. C201801000001337of 2018 (Smt. Usha Devi Vs. State of U.P. through Collector Mainpuri) as expeditiously as possible. preferably within a period of six months.
With these observations, this petition stands disposed of.
It goes without saying that this Court has not expressed any opinion except directing the authorities to decide the matter expeditiously.
