Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner wants a direction upon the authorities i.e. respondents No. 2 to 5 to restrain the private respondents No. 6 to 9 from taking forcible possession and from raising constructions over their Bhumidhari land Gata No.2921Ka area 0.2020 situate in Village Nardauli Pukhta, Tehsil Patiyali, District Kasganj and for decision on her representation dated 17.08.2018.
If any one is interfering in the possession of the petitioner over the property and is considering to raise construction illegally, the remedy of the petitioner is by way of a civil suit or to initiate criminal action as may be advised.
The writ petition for the above purpose is not appropriate remedy.
It is accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the proceedings as referred to above or as may be advised to her.
