Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following among other relief:-
"I). Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 Assistant Collector/ Tehsildar Tehsil Sadar District Mau to proceed and decide the case no. T 01085/2018 bearing computer no. T201815510101085 (Report vs. Satya Prakash and others) u/s 56 (1) U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously within some stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (Annexure No. 1 and 3 to this writ petition)."
The proceedings under Section 67 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 have been drawn against the opposite party, in the writ petition. Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of these proceedings on the ground that she has been impleaded as opposite party therein on her application.
The proceedings being one between the Gaon Sabha/ State and the unauthorized occupant, this Court does not find any justification to issue any direction for their expeditious disposal, at the instance of the petitioner.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
