Petitioner is a widow, who has lost her husband in a road accident on 23.11.2018. Application for release of ex gratia amount in terms of Mukhyamanti Kisan Avam Sarvahit Bima Yojna has not been considered, therefore, petitioner before this Court.
Sri Komal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the Insurance Company states that there is nothing on record to show that as to when the claim itself has been instituted.
In terms of scheme, a Grievance Reddressal Forum has been instituted with District Magistrate as it's Chairman. In such circumstances, we permit the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate concerned along with details of petitioner's claim together with copy of this order and the District Magistrate shall ensure that such claim of the petitioner is got examined, in accordance with scheme, and appropriate final orders are passed within a period of four months.
With the above observations/directions, this writ petition stands disposed off.
