Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
From the representation which has been appended alongwith the writ petition, learned Standing Counsel points out that the petitioner is claiming to be the second wife of the deceased government servant. It is further pointed out that the deceased government servant died at the age of 91 years while the petitioner is aged 54 years.
In view of the disputed issues of fact which are raised, no cause arises for issuance of the writs as prayed for.
The writ petition is dismissed.
