It is submitted by the counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the third respondent that, pursuant to the Abkari Policy 2014-15 notified by the State Government, an order has been issued on 13.09.2014, directing closure of the Foreign Liqour outlet against which complaints have been made in this writ petition. Pursuant to G.O.(Ordinary) No.791/2014/ Law Dept. dated 30.09.2014, the Foreign Liquor outlet in question has already been stopped. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Sd/-
