ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.8859/2014/C dated 04.10.2014 of respondent No.2, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
Having regard to the nature of the allegations, which cannot be considered as flimsy or trivial, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition for adjudication on merits and the petitioner has an effective remedy of appeal under the A.P. State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008. In view of the same, the petitioner is given liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order, if he is interested in doing so. Respondent No.2 is directed to complete the enquiry and pass a final order within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above directions, the writ petition is dismissed.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.39526 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
