JUDGMENT / ORDER

Antony Dominic, J.
The petitioner is the mother of Drishya Baburaj. She has filed this writ petition alleging that her daughter is being illegally detained by the third respondent. On that basis, she seeks a Writ of Habeas Corpus to set her daughter at liberty. This Court by order dated 26.05.2014 directed the respondents to produce the alleged detenue before us today and accordingly she was produced and we interacted with her. In fact, when the detenue was produced at 10.15 a.m. along with the third respondent, at the request of the petitioner she was left in her company and the case was called again at 1.45 p.m.
2. At the time of interaction with the detenue, she informed us that she voluntarily left her parental home and has got married to the third respondent. She also produced certificates issued by Sree Narayana Bhaktha Paripalana Yogam to the effect that her marriage with the third respondent was solemnized at Sree Maheswara Temple, Sree Narayanapuram, W.P. (Crl) No. 219 OF 2014 2 Koorkanchery, Thrissur on 24.05.2014. She also declined to go with the petitioner and wanted to go along with the third respondent.
3. Thus, the allegation of the petitioner that her daughter is being illegally detained has been denied by the alleged detenue herself and the documents produced by her prima facie shows that she got married to the third respondent. In such circumstances, we are unable to infer a case of illegal detention justifying the entertainment of a Writ Petition with the prayer for a Writ of habeas corpus.
Writ petition is therefore, dismissed.
