ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“… to issue Pattadar passbooks and title deeds in favour of the petitioners in pursuance of the application made by petitioner No.1 for the land covered by old S.No.37 (New 48) admeasuring Acs.944.00 of Kudumuru Village, Pachipenta Mandal, Vizianagaram District and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.”
On the previous three occasions, the case was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners. Today when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing their cause in the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.42600 of 2013 is disposed of as infructuous.
