THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 8344 of 2008 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This matter is taken up upon the vacate stay petition filed by respondent Nos.3 and 4. The complaint of the writ petitioner was with regard to the alleged illegal construction made by respondent Nos.3 and 4.
It is now admitted that the said construction has been regularized in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Interim order dated 28.11.2008 shall stand vacated. WVMP.No.4022 of 2008 is accordingly allowed.
Pending other miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
