JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner says that since the goods are owned by M/s.Surya Trading, liberty be given to withdraw the captioned petition.
2.This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to say, if M/s.Surya Trading were to approach this Court, the Court would examine the matter on merits, notwithstanding the withdrawal of the captioned petition. Consequently, the connected pending application is closed.
3.The Registry will handover the original impugned order appended with the petition to the counsel for the petitioner after placing the attested copy of the same on record.
4. No costs.
