abr C O M M O N O R D E R After making some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to file appeals before the appellate authority.
2.In the light of the above, these writ petitions stand disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file appeals before the appellate authority and if such appeals are filed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the period during which the writ petitions were pending shall stand excluded.
