JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the captioned writ petition with liberty to take recourse to an appropriate remedy, as provided under the Statute. An endorsement, to that effect, has also been made on the paper book. RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.
2. Accordingly, the captioned Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, albeit, in accordance with law.
3. In entertaining the appeal, if filed by the petitioner, the concerned authority shall bear in mind, the time spent by the petitioner in this Court.
4. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
