When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Raja Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would pass on the proceedings dated 24.03.2017, in an by which the direction issued by this Court in W.P.(MD) Nos.971 and 1005 of 2014 dated 22.01.2014, which gave rise to the present contempt petitions, has been complied with.
2.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the said proceedings is not in full compliance.
3.In case the petitioners are aggrieved by the present proceedings of the respondent dated 24.03.2017, it is open to them to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
4.Since the direction issued by this Court in W.P.(MD) Nos.971 and 1005 of 2014 dated 22.01.2014, has been complied with by the present proceedings dated 24.03.2017, the present contempt petitions cannot be kept pending. Accordingly, these Contempt Petitions are closed.
