JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the captioned petition with liberty to take recourse RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.
pri to an appropriate remedy, under the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006.
2.The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Consequently, the connected pending applications shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
