JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ petition with a liberty to file Statutory Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the same, this Court dismiss this Writ petition as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a Statutory Appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
