JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 14.09.2016, 04.10.2017, 09.10.2017 and 06.11.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the same was directed to be posted on 13.11.2017, under the caption 'for dismissal'.
2.Even today (13.11.2017), there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent are present. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
