Learned counsel for the applicant states that he will remove all office objections on or before 10th May, 2012. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed. The main matter i.e. Letters Patent Appeal (Stamp) No.2449 of 2009 is restored to its original file. The application accordingly stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
