Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that there is one another F.I.R. also which he may like to challenge and he may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage.
After we have conveyed to him that there is an order of anticipatory bail in favour of all the accused, he has stated that anticipatory bail period is time bound.
He may apply to the learned Judge for modification of terms of bail in the light of the latest decision of the Apex Court as the observations being made by us may come in the way of the petitioners.
In that view of the matter and without going into the merits of the matter at this stage, we permit the petitioner to avail other remedy available to him except under Sections 482 and 227 of the Constitution of India.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
